GINGER&ME Bath & Foot Soak Salts encourage a daily ritual of washing away your worries and going to sleep with a peaceful mind. Whilst there is nothing more relaxing than immersing your body in a bath before bed, a foot soak has been proven to not only relieve tired feet and muscles after a long day but also detoxify the body, relieve stress and enhance mood.
If body scrubbing is your thing, add the matching GINGER&ME Body Oil to your Bath Salts to create a decadent body scrub! Bath Salt cans have been hand drawn to depict the female body and that she is enough. Three emotions – Be Brave, Happy and Grateful, three fragrances.
How to Use: Pour 1-2 cups of Bath & Foot Soak Salts into a standard size bathtub filled with warm water. Add to running water to help salt to dissolve faster, and soak for at least 10 – 20 minutes for best (most relaxing) results.
Brave: Lychee & Guava
Grateful: Coconut & Vanilla
Happy: Orange Blossom, Jasmine, Blackcurrant, Pear & Vanilla
Pink Himalayan Salts: Pink Himalayan Salts get their rosy hue from trace minerals in the salt, like magnesium, potassium and calcium. Pink Himalayan salt baths are like recharging your batteries as your body resonates with the natural minerals leaving you feeling energized, and recharged. These minerals may assist in detoxification and promote skin hydration, leaving it softer and smoother and ease muscle aches and cramps.
Epsom Salts: Epsom Salts are a naturally occurring pure mineral. High in magnesium and known as Magnesium Sulphate, these salts when used as a soak have a wide range of benefits from relaxing the mind and easing body aches and pains. Skin will be left supple and refreshed and can be beneficial for inflamed, itchy skin.
Never ingest, for soaking in only. Avoid use if you have broken or irritated skin. Note that hot baths may lower blood pressure and care should be taken for those with a history of low blood pressure.
Do not take an Epsom salt bath if you have high blood pressure, a heart or kidney condition or any circulatory problems. Pregnant women may use Epsom Salts while soaking in a tub, but must never ingest.
